'WIN the Ultimate Family Entertainment Package - Terms & Conditions'1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW except employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff
of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors. 2. To enter, customers must a) spend $10 or more in any store in-centre (excludes bill payments, insurance payments, bank transactions, and medical services) b) fill in the entry form supplied by the retailer c) deposit the entry form in the entry barrel located in Glenmore Park Town Centre. Only one entry form will be given per transaction.
3. The major prize is the Ultimate Family Entertainment Package which includes 19” LCD TV, DVD Player, and a Nintendo Wii console with 2 games and sports pack.
4. The total value of the major prize is valued at over $1,000 and is correct at the time of publication. The prize value may change or vary. The promoter agrees to provide the prize.
8. 2 x $25 Petrol Vouchers will be given away each week (each petrol voucher will be in the form of a Woolworths petrol voucher). The weekly petrol vouchers will be drawn on the following days after 4.30pm: Friday 24 October, Friday 31 October, Friday 7 November and Friday 14 November 2008. Winners of each draw will be notified via phone or email by the following Monday after each draw. Once drawn entries will be re-inserted into the entry barrel for the chance to win the major prize. Proof of identity with a photo will be required when claiming prizes. The prizes must be collected within 3 months of being notified. Competition winners must pick up their prize from Centre Management Glenmore Park Town Centre, 1 Town Terrace, GlenmorePark, NSW 2745. In the event of a winner not claiming their prize within the specified time, the prize will be returned to the pool and an unclaimed prize draw will commence 3 months from the following Monday after the relevant draw at 11am.
5. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. The competition commences on Friday 17 October 2008 and entries close on
Sunday 16 November 2008. 9. The major prize draw will take place in the Centre Management Office at Glenmore Park Town Centre on Monday 17 November 2008 at 11am.

11. The first complete entry coupon drawn will be judged the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner will be notified via email or phone on Monday 17 November 2008.
